Non-Delivery Policy
If you do not receive your parcel for any reason, we will cover all costs of re-shipping it to you. If you still do not receive your parcel, you can choose to receive a full refund.
Shipping Details
- Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing correct delivery address details. Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate to avoid any delays.
- Import Taxes: We mark all parcels as low value "gifts" to avoid import taxes.
- Warehouse: All our products are shipped directly from our Hong Kong warehouse.
- Tracking Information: We will provide you with a tracking number via email. Please note that it may take up to five days for your tracking information to appear on the shipping company's website.
- Customs Delays: In some countries, parcels may experience delays when clearing customs.
Shipping Costs
The cost of free shipping and paid fast shipping to each country is calculated at checkout based on different global shipping zones.
Processing and Shipping Time
- Processing Time: 1-3 business days.
- Express Shipping: 6-8 business days.
- Standard Shipping: 10-15 business days.
Depending on order volume, some items may take longer to process. During particularly busy periods, the time frame may increase.
We're sorry to hear you're not completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not 100% happy with the items you received, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in their original, unused condition.
Return Process
- Initiate a Return:
Contact Customer Service through our website within 30 days of receiving your items. Provide details about the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return. After receiving return instructions, package the item(s) with the original packing.
- Ship the Return:
Drop off your package at the local post office.
- Processing Time:
Returns are typically processed within 7-14 business days of receipt. A refund will be issued to your original payment method, and you’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.
Return Conditions
- Eligibility:
You have 30 days from the delivery date to decide if an item is right for you. Contact us within this period to initiate a return or exchange. Items cannot be returned or exchanged if they are bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, underwear, event & party supplies, DIY supplies, pet supplies, or beauty and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets).
- Condition of Items:
Returned items must be unused, in their original packing, and in the same condition as received. We do not accept items that are worn, damaged, washed, or altered. Items with non-returnable marks or free gifts cannot be returned.
- Non-Returnable Items:
We do not accept returns for items sent back without prior authorization. Ensure to include the “Product Return” form obtained from Customer Service with your package. The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.
Return Address
Contact Customer Service for the nearest return address. Please do not use the address on your package as it is not our return address and may delay processing.
Additional Information
- Handling Fee:
There is no handling fee for returned products.
- Color Errors:
If you receive a product in a color different from what was ordered (excluding monitor display differences), you are eligible for a full refund.
- Replacement or Refund:
Items can be returned within 7 days of receipt. Ensure the package is marked with the reason for return. Returned items must be in original, brand-new condition.
- Quality Issues:
Full refunds are available for quality-related issues such as obvious stains, tears, or defects. We will cover return postage for these issues.
- Size Errors:
If a product has a size discrepancy of 2cm or more compared to the size chart, you are eligible for a full refund. For errors under 2cm, the return will not be accepted. If the wrong size was chosen, the shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
Exchange Requests
Exchanges are processed if the color or style does not match what was ordered (excluding monitor display differences). All exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the product. Returned items must be in their original condition with intact packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges for worn or damaged items.
Exchange Process
- Provide Details:
Include your original order number, the reason for the exchange, the style name, number, and color of the replacement, and your shipping address and phone number.
